Week 5 had some great games and a few suprises that really paid off for us. Our top picks with Giants and Patriots cashed big for us with the parlays.

This was as ugly as it gets. Even if you like defense this was an ugly one. There were 25 third down stops, 12 punts, 7 field goals, 4 interceptions, 6 fumbles, 0 defensive recoveries and 0 touchdowns.

Russell Wilson had a chance to seal the game but instead threw a late interception to give the Colts a chance. Indianapolis made them pay with a tying field goal with only 5 seconds left.

In overtime Wilson had another chance to win and fell short again. Instead of kicking a field goal to tie with 4 minutes left they decided to go for it and try to win the game right there. Wilsons pass to Sutton was incomplete and the Colts got to .500 at 2-2-1.

Check out the highlights if you missed the game, if you watched it already i doubt you want to watch the highlights but the 12 minute version of this game is much better than the 3 hour version.

Yes! Nice call by the whole team and the parlays with the Giants as a multiplaier was Awesome! Good call to the entire team at Las Vegas NFL Odds.

The game started off like most people thought it would with Green Bay controlling the trenches therefore the game. Green Bay had a 20–10 lead at halftime and seemed like they were about to get on a roll offensively.

Giants came out inspired at halftime and Daniel Jones kept completing passes. Nothing spectacular, but they stayed in the game and ended up stopping Rogers when they had to. The Giants were close to tying the game in the final minute but Aaron Rodgers had his last two passes deflected at the line of scrimmage which gave the New York Giants the win.

It was an awesome victory! For them and for us!

Sunday Morning Games

Buffalo was in complete control since opening kick off. Josh Allen was able to pick and choose who he wanted to throw to, and stayed clean pretty much the whole game. Pittsburgh couldn’t really stop them at any point and Josh Allen had four touchdowns to show for it. When he couldn’t find anybody to throw throw to he ran it and that was five times for 42 yards.

His two star receivers had a big day with Gabe Davis catching three passes for 171 yards and two touchdowns. Stefon Diggs added 8 catches for 102 yards and a touchdown.

Buffalo once again proved that they are one of the best teams in the NFL and they will have a chance to prove just that again next week when they go to Kansas City to play the Chiefs.

Buffalo Bills destroy the Pittsburgh Steelers 38–3

This was one of the best games in the morning with the teams going back-and-forth all game and then coming down to the last drive of the game. Chargers coach Brandon Staley got bailed out by his defense after going for it on fourth down instead of punting it to pin Cleveland deep with just over a minute to go. The Defense forced them into a long field goal that just missed to the right and gave the Chargers the win.

Cleveland is now 2–3 and play the Patriots next week who are also 2–3. We will see Chargers on Monday Night Football next week against the 2–3 Denver Broncos.

Los Angeles Chargers vs Cleveland Browns Full Game Highlights.

This looks like it was about to be a blowout as Minnesota stormed off to a 21–3 lead. Chicago scored right before the half and were able to go into half time only down 21–10. Chicago came out in the second half and completed a nice drive to make it 21–16 after a failed two point conversion.

The game turned defensive from there with both teams trying to control field possession. Bears had the late fourth quarter lead 22–21 until Kirk cousins led the Vikings to a 17 play 80 yard drive that took 7 minutes off the clock.

That was a tough division game and if you missed it then then go ahead and watch the entire game in 13 minutes.

Chicago at Minnesota Entire Game Highlights

This game is a perfect one to watch the 12 minute highlight instead of the full game in real time. The Patriots controlled from opening kick off until the end of the game and didn’t have much trouble throughout.

Patriots shutout the lions 29–0 and rookie Bailey Zappy got his first win in his first career start. Good job young man. Zappy got the start due to Mac Jones Ankle injury and Brian Hoyer going on the injured reserve following his concussion.

Zeppe looked good and calm especially for a rookie. Next week the Patriots go to Cleveland to play the 2–3 Browns and the Detroit Lions get a well needed bye at 1-3.

New England Patriots vs Detroit Lions 12 Minute Full Game Highlights.

New Orleans Saints get a good win at home versus a surprising Seattle Seahawks team. It wasn’t up for debate who the MVP of this game was as Taysom Hill accounted for 4 touchdowns. He ran for three including a 60 yard run in the fourth quarter and threw for another touchdown to help the Saints get the well needed win putting them at 2–3 for the year.

Alvin Kamara returned from his injury and accounted for 194 yards from scrimmage. He ran for 103 yards and caught for 91 giving him the co-MVP award if there was one. The saints ended up covering the six point spread but it was a close game throughout the whole game.

Next week the Saints will take on the visiting Cincinnati Bengals and the Arizona Cardinals are coming in to town for Seattle.

Bovada Review

This game was satisfying to win because it was so nerve-wrecking taking the Jets. They got us the cover and the money line win, so good job New York.

The Jets looked like a team ready to bust out of their shell. Zach Wilson threw for 210 yards and rookie Breece Hall pitched in for 97 yards and a touchdown. Hall also did well as a pass catcher with two catches for 100 yards.

Miami will try to get it together when they play the visiting 4–1 Minnesota Vikings next week. It doesn’t get any easier for the Jets either as they go to Green Bay to play the 3–2 Packers.

New York Jets vs Miami Dolphins Full Game Highlights – Thank You Jets, sorry we we’re so nervous.

Tampa Bay pretty much controlled the whole game but the scoreboard never really said so. Tampa Bay had a 13-0 lead at half time and were up 21–0 going into the fourth quarter.

Atlanta made the scoreboard look good by getting two touchdowns and a two point conversion but were never really in position to win the game. Atlanta is now 2–3 and has a very important game next week against the Niners.

Tampa Bay looks like there will be a big favorite next week playing in Pittsburgh against the one – four Steelers

Tampa Bay VS Atlanta Full Game Highlights

This game was one of our losses and it seemed like Washington was almost going to pull it out. Congrats to the Titans who won for the third time in a row to get to 3–2 on the year. Derrick Henry was the focus which is why they won the game. He had 28 carries for 102 yards and 2 touchdowns. He completely controlled the flow of the game and kept Washington chasing for most of it.

Carson Wentz made a good effort as he had 359 yards on 25–38 passing to go along with 2 touchdowns and 1 interception.

Washington will try to avoid going 1–5 when they play Chicago on Thursday Night Football. Tennessee gets to take a week off and enjoy their 3 game winning streak.

Titans at Commanders Full Game Highlights

Texans remain undefeated against the spread and we are 5–0 riding them. Good job Texans. Good job us! This was only their first win but for us it was their 5th!

Texans absolutely dominate the Jaguars beating them for the ninth straight time. Jacksonville‘s defense was good but Houston stuck to the rush and protected the football. The game was time 6–6 at halftime and the only difference was a 1 yard touchdown run by Damien Pierce to Cap off a 12 play, 74 yard Drive that lasted six minutes in the fourth quarter.

Just when NFL fans in Jacksonville think they will start becoming a good team they lose to what’s supposed to be the worst team in the league. Jaguars are now 2–3 and play a very important division game next week versus the Indianapolis Colts. As for the Texans they get to enjoy their first win with a week off.

Sunday Afternoon Games

This one was a little scary to bet on San Francisco because everybody was betting on the 49ers. Vegas gave a little money back to the public on this one as it seemed like an easy pick and it turned out to be an easy call.

49ers scored first on their opening drive and never looked back from there. Garoppolo had a good game going 18–30 for 253 yards and 2 touchdowns passes. Jeff Wilson Jr controlled the pace of the game with his 120 yards and 1 touchdown on 17 carries.

The Panthers could never get in the groove, and it could be time for PJ Walker to come in and see what he can do. Yes we said PJ Walker, they need something, some kind of spark maybe because they are playing uninspired and unmotivated with Baker at the helm. Give the 27 year old a shot.

San Francisco 49ers at Carolina Panthers Full Game Highlights

OK we have a serious question, does Dak return as the starter of this football team? He should be healthy by next week but will anyone blame the Cowboys if they postpone his return?

The Cooper Rush effect might be for real. The Cowboys seem energized, rejuvenated and hungry. They know that they’re going to have to play at a high-level without expecting too much from the offense except taking care of the ball and its working.

They might not be able to count on their quarterback getting 300+ yards but it turns out they don’t need him to get 300 yards. He collected only 102 yards passing but took care of the football and had 0 interceptions. The offense did not turn the ball over one time, and on the other side of the ball they had 3 turnovers which allowed them to pick up a 22–10 victory over the defending Super Bowl Champion Los Angeles Rams.

We will see the Cowboys on primetime next week for Sunday Night Football against the Philadelphia Eagles for a NFC East showdown that will determine first place. The Rams play the visiting and struggling 1–4 Carolina Panthers.

Dallas Cowboys VS Los Angeles Rams Full Game Highlights.

This was a good call for us but we wanted the Arizona win. We did place a little extra for Arizona to win outright but they fell short with a missed field goal as the game ended.

The Eagles took early control and we’re up 14–0 until Arizona woke up and scored 10 points to close out the half. A good drive by Kyler Murray gave them a chance to win the game but poor clock management at the end forced them to kick a field goal as the clock turned to zero. The field goal was wide right and Eagles stay undefeated.

The Eagles will have an NFC East battle for first place next week on NBC against the hated Dallas Cowboys. The Cardinals go to Seattle to play the 2–3 Seahawks to see who can get to .500 for the year.

Sunday Night Football

We won nthe Gematria pick because we got bailed out by the points putting the record for the year at 10-2. Pretty amazing!

This game was two very good teams not playing their best but making it a good game. The combination of the Raven defense and Lamar Jackson will be tough for anybody to beat but Jackson does make mistakes and the defense does bend so we’ll see.
